Martha & Stiofan

Myself and Anita had the great pleasure of photographing the wedding of Martha and Stiofan last autumn. The ceremony was held in Carna church with a reception afterwards in the fabulous Knockranny Hotel in Westport.

The weather did not treat us well but we took advantage of a dry spell and stopped at the roadside in Connemara to use some fabulous low-hanging clouds as the backdrop for our bridal party shoot.

Martha and Stiofan’s bridal party were a wonderful bunch and the shoot was so much fun. Afterwards we stopped briefly at Aasleagh Falls in Leenaun for some photos by the water; Martha was so brave, scaling fences and walking through the mud!

Thank you to Martha and Stiofan for having me as your photographer, I enjoyed ever moment, it was an absolute pleasure.
